We take care of the route planning, ensuring your pet has the quickest and most comfortable journey. For European trips, we use the LeShuttle Channel Tunnel, avoiding long waits and keeping pets with us in our vehicle the entire time — never in cargo.

Step 3: On the Road

Our vehicles are DEFRA-approved, climate-controlled, and designed for animal comfort. Your pet will always travel under direct human supervision. We provide fresh water, rest stops for exercise, and secure travel crates if required.

Step 4: Keeping You Informed

We know how important it is to stay connected. That’s why we offer live updates, optional GPS tracking, and regular check-ins so you know exactly where your pet is at all times. Our drivers are trained to put pets first, with plenty of care and reassurance along the way.

Step 5: Arrival & Handover

Once we arrive, your pet is handed over safely and calmly. We’ll update you in advance so you’re ready to greet them. Our goal is a smooth transition with no unnecessary stress — for you or your pet.
