1. Personal consultation
Every journey starts with your pet, route, dates and any special handling needs. We ask practical questions so we can plan comfort, timing and documentation.
2. Safe travel planning
For European trips, we usually plan around LeShuttle Eurotunnel so pets remain with us in the vehicle. We confirm likely journey times and crossing considerations before travel.
3. On the road
Pets travel under direct supervision in a clean vehicle. We plan water, rest and toilet breaks where appropriate and handle pets calmly at pickup and handover.
4. Updates
We keep you informed so you know how the trip is going and when to expect arrival.
5. Arrival
At handover, we make the transition as calm as possible and confirm your pet has arrived safely.
